From the practitioner: About My Practice
Since qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist in 2010, I have helped over a thousand Clients on their road to optimal health. I take a Functional Medicine approach., focusing on addressing the root causes of any health problems and then re-balancing all bodily systems. I believe our emotional health is intrinsically linked to our physical health and I therefore often use Systematic Kinesiology to promote emotional balance and release traumas which are blocking recovery. This unique combination of Functional Medicine, Nutrition and Kinesiology provides my Clients with a 360 degree approach to achieving health and happiness. In addition to running my Gloucestershire Clinic I am a member of London Harley Street’s The Nutrition Coach Team.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Before you come to see me you will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire and a 3 day food diary. This provides me with a full picture of your health history, lifestyle and diet and covers all your bodily systems. I spend time analysing this prior to meeting you so that we can focus on developing a plan to help you straight away in the first appointment. After the initial 75 minute appointment I will provide you with a personalised report including our objectives and dietary, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations along with any handouts required to begin your journey to optimal health. Follow-up appointments can be booked flexibly depending on our objectives. and a wide range of functional tests are available.
