Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
Serving those that live in Wisconsin and Illinois, I specialize in stress and burnout. I combine my 15 years of experience as a family medicine physician with my certification in Functional Medicine to help overwhelmed women between the ages of 25-60 reclaim their calm amongst the chaos. I incorporate my additional training from Flow Research Collective into my treatment plans which often include advanced specialty testing, personalized supplement recommendations, creative exercises, and homework to enhance somatic embodiment. Trauma informed and well-connected to practitioners that offer EMDR, brainspotting, etc.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
This micro-practice is rooted in the community to provide a practical Midwest perspective to holistic care. Patients must be comfortable using the internet. Expect the utmost in personalized care as you'll receive customized video lab explanations of your own results (ahead of your appointments!), articles picked just for you, and the ability to self-schedule all your visits from the convenience of your smart phone.
You'll be invited into a cozy membership community where we have weekly Open Office Hours for you to ask questions and receive instant support between office visits from myself or my health nutrition coach, Jessica. The goal is to graduate you with a customized Action Plan to help you continue your healing journey.
