Information for Patients
From the practitioner: About My Practice
I see patients 13 and older for integrative and functional medicine consultations. I am in-network with many insurance companies, bill primary care office visit codes based on time for visits. Initial and follow-up visits are all 60 minutes in length. Visits are available In-person or virtual/video. Must be in the state of Minnesota to be seen for a virtual visit. All patients are required to have a primary care provider. Currently, my practice is closed to new patients but I have colleagues with availability.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
I do not function as a primary care provider. All patients who work with me must also have a primary care provider.
