From the practitioner: About My Practice

Are you interested in pursuing a deep dive exploration of your child's chronic health issues to uncover more information about how and why their symptoms developed? Or maybe you're interested in how you can improve and maximize the health of your child and family. If you're interested in how you can harness the power of food as medicine, add vitality back into your child and family's life using modifiable lifestyle changes or looking for guidance and solutions beyond just a prescription, then functional medicine may be what you are looking for. We would love the opportunity to partner with you and your child to maximize their potential!

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

During our time together we will explore how factors such as genetics, environment, and lifestyle have influenced your child's health. During our first visit together we will spend ~90 min gathering information and piecing it together, much like a puzzle, in order to identify where your child's health started to take a shift. Together we will identify and clarify you and your child's health goals and come up with a highly personalized care plan. Lifestyle pillars such as diet, exercise, stress management, sleep and social connections will be the framework we will work off of. Treatment plans may include conventional and/or integrative medical therapies and supplements.
