From the practitioner: About My Practice

I have a passion for helping people reduce chronic pain, chronic illness, & achieve optimal health & function. I use an integrative approach to health considering inter-relationships of nutrition, GI health, systemic inflammation, sleep, stress, mood and mind.
I entered the health professions 25 years ago as a physical therapist specializing in manual therapy & assisting people with chronic pain. A turning point came in my life when my child developed an illness that drew me to dive deep into the Functional Medicine world. Learning new ways of being in the world can be a game changer!
My hope is to empower you to find areas of your lifestyle that are not helpful, & offer teaching & support in how to take actions to enable you to THRIVE.
