Its time you stop dreading 'what's next' and missing out on kids' games, holiday parties, work and life.
You are a unique body with an intricate history of cumulative physical, emotional and biologic 'layers' like no-one else. Your symptoms shouldn't be blamed on age, hormones or genes.
Your 'autoimmunity' or high blood sugar/cholesterol does not 'run in the family'.
The body is resiliant. It can and will heal if given the time to reduce body burdens and stabalize imbalances.
I am your medical partner who will use my experience and compassion to determine a unique & individualized plan for appropriate testing and healing recommendations.

Things that are easy are not transformative. Each patient has layers (like an onion). We do not know how many layers the onion of YOU is. Rushing 'healing' and tranformation is not lasting. Transformation requires patience. It will take time to retrain your brain and body.
We spend 1-2 hours reviewing and brainstorming your case before you walk in the door as well as between your appointments reviewing labs and formulating your plan. Follow up appointments are necessary for a medical partnership and ensuring optimal healing success.
