Reset your GUT - Reset your Health! Seven years as a nurse practitioner primary care provider for over 1000 patients located in Northeastern Pa. Thirty seven years of professional healthcare experience - including critical care and respiratory care. Today, I am solo founder/owner of a brick and mortar functional medicine practice, called Lilly of the VALLEY GUT Health! My focus is on uncovering root causes to dysfunction while partnering with you to restore the MIND-BODY-SOUL connection. From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

First 30 min Discovery Visit free.
Services can be booked after Discovery Visit and with a 100 dollar deposit.
In person, virtual and phone visits offered
Services offered:
1) Comprehensive functional medicine initial evaluation 90 mins
2) ABCD functional diagnostic visit 60 mins (occurs after the stool analysis and biomarkers completed)
3) Healthy Living Follow Ups 30-60 mins (depends on the severity of symptoms)
4) Executive Functional Health check up - for those that want to optimize their health or the athletes.
5) One time fee for Vitamin, Seasonal allergy and Immunity support phone/virtual visits.
6) Covid 19 support: pre exposure/ out patient acute/ post exposure/ long haul
