From the practitioner: About My Practice

After receiving the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I discovered the power of food.
This revelation inspired and motivated me to study Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I later created my virtual health practice, `First Food First`, based in Switzerland.
I now use my passion, experience and knowledge, to educate and inspire my clients with MS to embrace the power of food.
I support my clients offering consultation packages over Video calls, connecting regularly, where I can accompany and provide accountability, allowing them to make sustainable lifestyle changes using nutritional advice, positive psychology and behavioral change techniques.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

I believe that the story of our life is the story of our health, so its important to me that I get to know you and your unique story.
I work with clients on a 6 month program.
Together we will join the dots to identify the contributing factors and triggers that may have been influential in developing DIS-ease. These findings will help us create a plan moving forward, allowing you to take charge of the decisions you see able to make, keeping it very much client-centered.
