From the practitioner: About My Practice
I serve patients via Telehealth as well as lead a team of functional medicine providers across the country. You can find out more at http://pharmtotable.life. We service over 30 states across the US. Our team would be thrilled to serve you and help you meet your health goals.
I also practice one day a week with Elite Medicine in West Chester, Ohio. I see patients there with PharmToTable and also do functional endocrinology with Dr. Shelli Ridge, DO under insurance.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Dr. Hartzler’s focus areas are functional gastrointestinal disorders, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic conditions, and autoimmune conditions. She also specializes in diabetes management and other chronic disease management using medications and lifestyle modifications. Her passion for functional medicine started with her own health, and her experiences with gut healing. The gut is connected to a host of other symptoms and conditions, she is ready to transform your gut and your health with our root cause approach. She wants to help you transform your life from not feeling well, tired, stressed, and experiencing GI symptoms; to thriving, symptom free and back to yourself! This does require effort, time, dedication and positive attitude.

Graduate School Education
Dr. Hartzler has developed a passion for functional medicine and treating the underlying causes of disease. She is also a nationally recognized speaker on diabetes and functional medicine. She is currently Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialist (BCACP), and is Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM). In addition to PharmToTable Team, she practices as a clinical pharmacist at Western Medicine Family Physicians in Fairborn, Ohio. There she works via collaborative practice to provide functional medicine services and management of chronic conditions. She is a graduate of Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy and completed her residency training at Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. Her functional medicine education has come from a variety of different conferences and educational programs, she has completed the Institute of Functional Medicine course Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP). She is the owner of PharmToTable, LLC, and passionate about working as a team to change the landscape of pharmacist provided care.
