Description of My Practice

Nhi practices under the values of IFM and ACLM combined. At this time, she doesn't have her own panel of patients in the current company yet, but all patients of the MDs/DOs in the local group could see her. Patients must first establish with one of the docs, and then they may see her from there, as long as they see their PCP at least once a year.

Nhi obtained her PA Board Certification through NCCPA (Jun 2017), IFMCP Board Certification (Dec 2021) & ACLM Board Certification (Dec 2023). She completed an internship at the TrueNorth Health Center (water-only fasting facility), in Santa Rosa, CA after PA school in 2017. Nhi received a Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences & Minor in Health Disparities in Society from UF (Dec 2014).
At Conviva in Ormond Beach, she provides compassionate, patient-focused care with a commitment to lifestyle medicine for longevity. With a vision for healthfulness in our society, Nhi aspires to lead by example & influence the lives that she crosses in her practice & daily encounters. From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

There is a Wellness Center on-site at the Conviva Care Center in Ormond Beach, FL, with a variety of activities free to all the patients and community members, and lectures are hosted every month along with fitness classes. At this time, Nhi gives presentations about a Pillar of Health every month.
