From the practitioner: About My Practice
We are a holistic medical practice with a goal of helping men and women feel and function their best, using an integrative approach. We have completed training in Dr. Dale Bredesen's ReCode protocol, optimizing cognitive functioning and even potentially reversing cognitive decline. We are available in person or via telemedicine in the states of Virginia and North Carolina.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
We will initially get any pertinent labwork you have had done in the past 6 months. If additional lab testing is required, we will send you a lab slip to use with your provider of choice, complete with diagnostic codes to use for your insurance. Once labs are received, we can schedule an in-person or telemedicine visit to discuss your health holistically and come up with a treatment plan that may involve prescriptions, supplements, nutrition , exercise and stress management plans. Your initial visit fee also includes a session with our functional nutritionist, since nutrition and diet is so important in optimizing health.
