From the practitioner: About My Practice

I am clinical herbalist and licensed nutritionist who is passionate about helping people with chronic illness reclaim health and vitality with wellness practices, herbs and foods. I specialize in Lyme disease, mast cell activation syndrome, digestive illnesses, food addiction and other chronic illness. I believe that every patient that enters my treatment room was brought there for a reason. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to empower, inspire and guide each person I work with.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

I see clients virtually or in-person in Catonsville, MD. My clinic is at the Avalon Yoga and Wellness Center. You can schedule online at my website, www.rebeccasnow.com. I have a cash practice and can give you a receipt to submit to insurance. My initial consult is 90 minutes and follow-ups range from 30-60 minutes. During your consult we will review health history, diet, labs, supplements, medication/supplement/food interactions, weight history, and more to prepare a comprehensive plan utilizing dietary recommendations, meal planning, supplements and herbs and lifestyle recommendations.
