From the practitioner: About My Practice
As a licensed naturopathic doctor and certified functional medicine practitioner, my passion is to empower women and men to achieve their current health goals. Using a systematic and holistic model, I aim to bring one's body and mind back to balance to optimize their innate vitality and reach their health goals. My consultations are spacious and allow for individualized attention. Through truly listening to the needs of my client, we form a therapeutic partnership and are able to address the root cause of their health concerns using naturopathic and functional medicine principles and modalities. I specialize in mental health, women's health, digestive health, and mind-body medicine.
From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
I am currently consulting with clients in my private practice, almost exclusively through telephone. I also incorporate my training in holistic medical practices and conventional medicine through writing, teaching, researching, and through my independent contracting work for pharmaceutical grade supplements and essential oils.
Treatment plans are always an interactive endeavor and includes (but not limited to) supporting you with: nutrition, stress management, movement, rest, relationships, toxic exposures, brain patterns, supplements, and genetic individuality.
