With over 10 years experience in Functional Medicine and over 13 years clinical experience as as eye doctor, I guide US adults patients virtually through phone consults. We dig deep to find and resolve stressors blocking optimal health, including:allergies, skin, detox, gut, hormones, immunity, inflammation, genetics, nutrition, infections, & environmental toxins. OD (Doctor of Optometry), ADAPT Functional Medicine Trained (Kresser Institute), Primal Health Coach (Sisson), Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (Functional Medicine University). I use personalized targeted FM labs, supplements, herbs, nutrition, genetics, exercise, mindfulness & lifestyle changes to guide patients to better health and wellness.

I take an individualized customized thorough functional medicine approach investigating your underlying root causes for health conditions with a holistic mind body spirit scientific systems based approach. I combine the best of ancient with modern tools such as using advanced labs including (blood, urine, stool, saliva, DNA, etc.) but recommending herbs and foods used for thousands of years. After reviewing 20+ pages of detailed history and questionnaires I recommend lifestyle changes such as sleep, stress management, exercise, nutrition, supplements, lab testing etc in Case Review (1st Call 1 Hour).
