From the practitioner: About My Practice

As an integrative provider of medical nutrition therapy, I will work with you to create a practical program that considers both the internal and external factors impacting your health and food choices. My ultimate goal is to support you in translating the ever evolving science of nutrition into a sustainable and highly individualized plan that can fit into your life.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

It all starts with a complimentary 20 minute discovery call so you can tell me about your expectations and make sure I offer what you are looking for.
If you choose to work with me, we will start with a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment (90 minutes). This will help me highlight areas of strength and opportunities for improvement in your diet.
You can then schedule at your convenience individual follow ups (60 minutes). I also offer a variety of packages for more support and accountability.
Currently I am only working via telehealth (video or phone).
