TRUE Medicine is an online wellness program promoting lifestyle habits for those living with multiple sclerosis. Our evidence-based approaches to creating health are implemented via group health coaching as well as robust online community support. Programs include an foundations program covering the 5 key lifestyle habits, as well as gut restoration, and deep dives into other lifestyle habits.

TRUE Medicine is an educational program and is non-clinical. We highly recommend involving your primary care and other health care team members in your care who are familiar with your medical history.
