My focus in Women's Integrative Health expanded while working in maternity supporting breastfeeding families for 20+ years.

After seeing so many infants suffer with gut & skin issues, witnessing women suffer with medical issues postnatally not getting answers or feeling like they weren't believed when they said "I just don't feel well", my moto became "Heal the Mother, Heal the Baby".

I wanted deeper clinical skills to support my clients so I also completed Dr. Aviva Romm's Women's Integrative & Functional Medicine Professional Training to bridge traditional wisdom with modern medicine.
