How would your life be different if you lived by desire rather than obligation?
As a physician, I get to see the bigger picture of the ill affects of chronic stress, sedentary habits, addictions, isolation, poverty, poor diets and the common belief that every individual person seems to think they are doing it all wrong and to themselves. We are conditioned and rewarded for being unplugged. Unplugged from the orgasmic source of power and love that will fuel a healthy lifestyle transformation. Being Orgasmic means tapping into a power source which is often suppressed. We can re-learn to drop our attention into our bodies and listen to the subtle messages. Who would we be if we let pleasure be our compass and let desire inform our purpose.
