Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

I began practicing Naturopathic Medicine in 2002, with advanced training in biotherapeutic drainage, bioregulatory medicine and homotoxicology. The Functional Medicine approach to patient care meshed well with my existing naturopathic practice and I began integrating it in 2006 which led to full certification in 2012.

In 2020 I transformed my private practice to exclusively virtual.

I currently work with individuals with complex chronic illness to restore health, and reduce the impact of their diagnosis on their lives. The focus of my practice is Multiple Sclerosis and other autoimmune; neurodegenerative conditions, Chronic Infection like Lyme disease and EBV, and complicated gastrointestinal complaints.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

As a patient in my practice you will begin with a detailed health history which I review prior to our first consultation. The first consult is 75min long and is all about your story. We will be begin on your first visit with self-care and basic therapeutics as we continue to collect information. A nutritional tracker and some basic testing is recommended and future, more extensive testing may be recommended if necessary.

My second consult is a detailed nutritional consult with a review of food, diet and digestion. Subsequent consults are 30 minutes in length and are used to reassess and redirect your care.

My patents can expect to work together in therapeutic relationship that is both strategic and dynamic.
