Consultant medical herbalist and certified health coach with over 10 years experience, providing personalised healthcare to help women get their vitality back so they can tackle life's big challenges with ease.
My mission is to empower women leaders to prioritise their health and wellbeing.

I offer a free 20 minute assessment so that we can explore your health goals and discuss whether this functional medicine approach to herbal medicine is right for you. This is offered online or by phone.
After this, I offer a 3 month initial package that is carefully designed with you to ensure you have the right treatment and support to tackle your health challenges.
