Information for Patients

From the practitioner: About My Practice

Root Cause Medical Clinic has been offering patients Functional Medicine from three different Certified Functional Medicine Practitioners for 40 years. Our team of clinicians work together to diagnose and treat the underlying Root Cause of why your body is giving you symptoms and not regaining optimal health. We see patients suffering with digestive problems, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance and autoimmune disease. They're frustrated with the traditional medical approach of prescribing drugs, more drugs and then psychiatric medications when no reason can be found for symptoms. Our specialty is to use advanced Functional Medicine testing to identify the underlying Root Cause of your symptoms. We are proud of our 85% success rate.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Patient are offered an initial consultation to ensure they have a complete understanding of Functional Medicine and how we are different from conventional medicine. Consultations and visits can be done over Zoom if you don't live locally or in person. We then perform an hour-long history and exam which culminates with the clinicians designing a customized treatment program for you. The purpose of the program is to identify and treat the underlying Root Cause of your health problems such that you regain your optimal health. Programs may involve diet and lifestyle change, the use of supplements, bio-identical hormones, IVs, peptides, and wellness therapies.
