From the practitioner: About My Practice

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit with personalized nutrition and health education. As a Functional Nutrition Counselor, Occupational Therapist, and Health Educator I practice holistically to empower clients to optimize their well-being. Combining conventional & complementary modalities with Functional Medicine principles, I emphasize individual health goals and develop a customized wellness protocol for each client to enhance their resiliency. Tailored services include: comprehensive functional nutrition assessment and counseling, exploration of the symbiosis of nutrition and unique physiology and environments, preventive health education, patient advocacy, and Occupational Therapy.

To be truly heard, and have a partner in your health journey with a professional who has extensive experience as a healthcare practitioner, health educator and advocate. As an experienced Occupational Therapist I have a strong conviction in the empowerment of others. I believe in listening with an open mind and heart, and that education is a very powerful tool. By working as a team, together with clients, I help improve the understanding of their body, health, environmental inputs--and foster resiliency and hope.
